AVP, United Way of the Plains

I’ve worked with Luis Rodriguez in a leadership capacity for close to six years now, and I can honestly say that I have never worked with anyone else with his degree of business savvy, strategic foresight, and heart.

As the president of Keycentrix, I watched Luis meaningfully amplify a technology company, immediately and significantly boosting its profitability and market position while also caring for its employees and building a unique internal culture that prizes working both hard and smart; being inclusive so that all voices in the room are heard; putting integrity first; and recognizing each other’s humanity, whether that means taking time to laugh together or having necessary but tough conversations. Our team would not be where it is today if it were not for his strong example and leadership.

I’ve also watched Luis be an unrelenting advocate for the independent pharmacy industry, the tech industry, and our local community. He puts considerable energy into and dedicates his talents to build up what needs bolstering and to say what others need to hear, to improve the lives and livelihoods of those around him.

And just in case that isn’t impressive enough, Luis is literally a jack of all trades, with a mind that can handle technology and operations just as much as it can handle marketing communications, branding, and advertising. It’s a wonder to behold, and frustrating to those of us that can’t always keep up.

All joking aside, I am honored to write this recommendation and highly encourage anyone looking for a good and strong leader to look his way.
