News from Britain: New proposed Digital Bill means three strikes and your out.
I am quite certain that this would NEVER pass in the United States, nevertheless it seems Britain as a government is interested in policing the internet. As I understand it, Britain has a newly appointed -meaning unelected- Business Secretary and it seems he has the political freedom to form any penalties on matters of the internet.
